About The Artist

I grew up all around music. My dad was always playing, performing and recording so I guess I kind of learned by osmosis, to some extent. There was always guitar music filling our house and I took to it, naturally. As I became more interested in acoustic guitar music, I started to seek out other artists that were blazing new pathways in the genre. While searching online I came across obscure, underground players that opened my ears to different styles of composition. Korean artists such as Kotaro Oshio and Sungha Jung influenced my pursuits in learning solo instrumental guitar music.

When I was 18, working at a country club as a waiter, the management got wind that I played guitar. They asked if I’d play at the club for the members and from that, I received private party work. It was a great opportunity to develop and improve my technique and stage presentation.

Besides performing in public, I enjoy going to open mics to try new material. My all-time highlight was performing on the stage at the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Phoenix, AZ. It was an experience I’ll never forget. Click here to view my videos.

Please feel free to contact me to book music for your next event. I hope to see you at a future performance.

Thank you,
